A non-refundable deposit is due in order to secure the session date and time. Should the client cancel or otherwise breach this Agreement, the none-refundable retainer shall be liquidated for damages to Susan Su Photography.

In the event that the client needs to reschedule the date, Susan Su Photography requires 24 hours notice. The deposit is transferable to another date within the following 12-month period. In the event of changes to the studio price list, prints and product pricing and availability for sessions will apply as at the newly booked date.

Susan Su Photography and its representatives will not be held liable for any injury to you, your children or your family members, or for any damage to your property during the photo session or while on studio premises.

We work very hard to ensure your session is captured artistically and creatively. We ask that you respect our livelihood and refrain from taking photographs of what we are creating. However, you may take one behind the scene photo from afar. 

You will receive your photos via an online viewing gallery within 2 weeks of the session date unless otherwise notified. You must choose your included images within 7 days. The gallery automatically deactivates on the 8th day. If circumstances arise that the client is unable to place their order during the initial 7 days, the gallery can be extended upon request for a further 7 days. Any further reactivation beyond the initial 14 days will require a gallery retrieval fee of $50.

You will receive bonus black & white conversions for some family shots chosen by Susan Su Photography. Additional request for Black & White images are $15 each.

Images shown in the client gallery include basic retouching according to Susan Su Photography’s discretion. Further custom or client directed retouching is an additional $25 per image.

The client acknowledges that they have received, read and understood Susan Su Photography’s service terms & conditions. Acknowledgement of this is confirmed via payment of the session fee.

• Allowed to share files with family and friends and on all forms of social media
• Not allowed to edit, add filters or crop images (the exception usually being intagrams 4:5 crop ratio for vertical photos)
• Not allowed to enter photo into competitions or for commercial gain without permission
• Printing through Susan Su Photography partnered professional lab is preferred for best quality prints

Your purchased digital images includes full printing rights. This means unlimited use of the digital images for printing at professional or consumer labs to print digital files athat you have in any form )prints, albums, wall art, calendars etc)

The client agrees that Susan Su Photography owns the Copyright in all photographs. The client gives permission to Susan Su Photography to use any image of the session for industry competitions and as required subsequent usage and for reasonable general promotional advertising for Susan Su Photography.

Susan Su Photography may use some of your images for promotional purpose. If the used photo has not been purchased by you, you are not allowed to  alter the image in any way, including cropping out the Susan Su Photography’s watermark.
